From April 2 to May 16, Paris Rendez-Vous, the concept store of the Town Hall, hosts a pleasant exhibition : “I Vélib I can fly.” 19 international artists, passionate about the urban world of cycling, present their vision of riding a Vélib’ bike in Paris.
Vélib ‘is a Paris icon since 2007, reflecting the Parisian way of life. The city of Paris and JCDecaux have collaborated with the U.S.-based bicycle poster collective ARTCRANK to bring together French, American, and British artists, all devotees of cycling, to interpret this iconic symbol through handmade, silkscreened posters.
