The Parisian bar was designed by the urban office architecture Trévélo & Viger-Kohler. The Café Monde et Médias offers 170 square meters of facilities as well as a large terrace and hosts nearly 100 events a year around citizen themes.
Accessibility is the keyword of this café claiming solidarity: people in wheelchair can access the media section and it is also made user-friendly for partially deaf people. This lets people read papers from all over the world freely and in a quiet environment.
Recently inaugurated, the new Place de la République is a dream location to spend a relaxing time in the heart of the vibrant capital. Thanks to its water games, its cultural bar and its historical past, the resurgence of the Place de la République highlights one of the most Parisian meeting points.
